


Two Decorah men have been arrested after police were called to a rural farm house Saturday afternoon. The Winneshiek County Sheriff's Department received a 9-1-1 call that people in two pickup trucks were hooking log chains to vehicles parked at the farm house and dragging the vehicles behind the pickups.
Police arrested 45-year-old James Samuelson of Decorah and charged him with 5th degree criminal mischief, criminal trespass and violation of a protective order. Also arrested was 44-year-old Dean Frye, who was charged with 5th degree criminal mischief and criminal trespass. Police say additional arrests may follow.
