Wisconsin woman charged with public intoxication

Decorah Police on early Sunday morning stopped a Delavan, Wisconsin woman on College Drive and found her to be in possession of an alcoholic beverage underage.
19-year-old Jennifer Paulson was charged with Public Intoxication, Underage Possession of Alcohol and Interference with Official Acts.
