


Decorah Police responded to two minor traffic accidents on Thursday.
At 4:20 p.m. 31-year-old Jacob Seelinger of Decorah struck the rear of a car driven by Joanie Rollins of Decorah while the two vehicles were southbound on Old Stage Road at Highway 9. The accident caused a total of $1,000 in damages. Seelinger was ticketed for failure to maintain control of his vehicle.
At 10:11 p.m. 21-year-old Megan Kluge of Hudson, Wisconsin backed her car into a parked car in the Jensen Hall parking lot, causing $1,200 in damages to the parked car, which was owned by Jeffrey Hendricks of Ridgeway.
