NICC's Penny Wills is a finalist for a job in Arizona

Northeast Iowa Community College President Penny Wills is one of four finalists for the job of president at Paradise Valley Community College in Arizona.

The Arizona school has released the names of the four finalists--interim Paradise Valley President Paul Dale, Fort Lewis College President Brad Bartel, City College of San Francisco Vice Chancellor of Student Development Mark Robinson and NICC's Wills. All four are scheduled to visit Paradise Valley on Wednesday and Thursday.

Wills is the college's seventh president. She came to NICC in 2004 from a job as vice president for student development at Georgia's Floyd College, which she had held since 1997. For nine years prior to that she served as dean of student development at the Cascade Campus of Portland Community College in Oregon.

Paradise Valley Community College is located in the Phoenix area and has an enrollment of more than 9,000 students.
