Complaints lead to an arrest on loud party charges

Decorah Police say they arrested a Decorah man on Saturday night on charges of Keeping a Disorderly House. Police were called to the home of 20-year-old William Mc Adams at 610 Fifth Avenue around 11:00 p.m. Saturday. They discovered a large party in progress. The party was broken up by officers and McAdams was cited for Keeping a Disorderly House.
