The Northeast Iowa RSVP Program has begun its fourth annual drive for paper products and personal care items.
The drive is being conducted because the items cannot be bought with food stamps but are necessities for everyday life.
During the past three years the drive has collected over 10,000 items and raised over $1,000 in cash donations.
The drive will benefit the Decorah Lutheran Food Pantry, the First Lutheran Food Pantry, the Greater Calmar Area Food Pantry, the Postville food Pantry, the Allamakee County Food Pantry, the Howard County Food Pantry and the Winneshiek County Food Pantry.
Drop off donations at your local library or mail checks to RSVP at 202 Winnebago Street in Decorah.
