Decorah Police are warning the public about vehicle burglaries

The Decorah Police Department says it has been investigating a rash of burglaries and vandalism in downtown Decorah. The targets of the crimes have been vehicles, garages and at least one home.

Police say charges are pending against two "persons of interest." Some stolen property, including CDs and electronics equipment, has been recovered. Police are asking anyone who believes they may have had property stolen from vehicles or garages to contact the police department to file a report.
