Waukon man arrested on on two charges

The Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office reports 26-year-old Ryan Melcher of Waukon was arrested at midnight on Sunday and booked into the Winneshiek County Jail for driving while revoked and possession of controlled substance 2nd offense.
