Silos & Smokestacks picks a photo by a Spillville woman as one of its annual photo contest winners

Spillville photographer Joyce Meyer has had a photo that she took named the 2020 winner of Silos & Smokestack's "People's Choice Award."  Meyer's photo of a NE Iowa farm with a rainbow in the sky will receive the distinction of People's Choice "Most Liked" and a prize of $50.
