Cedar Rapids man faces charges for stealing someone's credit card and using it in Cresco

The Decorah Police Department says 56-year-old Rudolph Williams Junior of Cedar Rapids faces a charge of Fifth Degree Theft.

Police say Williams stole a wallet while at Walmart in Decorah, then used the debit card from the wallet at multiple locations in Cresco.  Police say Williams was identified by using security footage from Walmart and locations in Cresco.
