Decorah woman arrested on OWI charge

The Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office says its deputies arrested a Decorah woman on drunk driving charges.

58-year-old Julie Rosel was stopped on Old Stage Road near Decorah late Thursday night. She was arrested on a charge of Operating While under the Influence and was taken to the Winneshiek County Jail, where she was booked.
