Cresco man causes damage to his jail cell

While incarcerated in the Winneshiek County Jail on Tuesday morning, 67-year-old Robert Stoen of Cresco intentionally caused significant damage to his jail cell. The damage to the cell is estimated to be over $1,500. Stoen was charged with felony criminal mischief.
