Waucoma man arrested for public intoxication

Winneshiek County Sheriff Deputies responded to a disturbance at Kwik Star in Calmar at 11:15 p.m. on Sunday. 20-year-old Dalton Guess of Waucoma was arrested and booked into the Winneshiek County Jail for public intoxication and theft 5th degree.
