Spillville woman's photo is in the running to be named the Silos & Smokestacks' 2020 "People's Choice" photo

Spillville photographer Joyce Meyer has had a photo that she took selected as one of the finalists in Silos & Smokestack's "People's Choice Award." Joyce Meyer took a photo of a NE Iowa farm with a rainbow in the sky.

The most liked photo through this Friday, December 11th, will receive the distinction of People's Choice "Most Liked" and a prize of $50.
