Decorah will persevere with its Holiday Open House

As with most events this year, the Decorah Holiday Open House this weekend has been impacted by the coronavirus. Plans for a holiday parade have been scrapped because of COVID-19. But the event will continue this weekend, starting Thursday.
Helping Services for Northeast Iowa will shoot off fireworks near the Decorah HS football stadium at 6:30 Thursday night. Spectators can get good seats along Heivly Street, organizers say.
