Waukon man transported to the Winneshiek County Jail

On Monday, 39-year-old Edward Boydston of Waukon was transported from the Fayette County Jail to the Winneshiek County Jail on an arrest warrant for aggravated misdemeanor operating a vehicle without the owner's consent.
