The Answer Person says: "The main office of the Winneshiek County Historic Preservation Commission is located in the historic Old Winneshiek County Jail.  In fact, the WCHPC splits its monthly meetings on the second Saturday of the month between the recently remodeled County Annex and the Old Winneshiek County Jail."
