Decorah man arrested for driving without a valid license

On Monday at 4:30 a.m., Decorah Police officers initiated a traffic stop on Old Stage Rd in Decorah after receiving a report the driver of the vehicle fled a disturbance and didn't have a valid driver's license.

Officers arrested 43-year-old Trevor Mitchell of Decorah for Driving While Barred, Habitual Offender. Officers booked Mitchell into the Winneshiek County Jail on the charge.
