Castalia man arrested on a domestic assault warrant

The Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office say they have taken 54-year-old Steven Hesse of Castalia into custody.

Hesse was wanted on a warrant on a charge of domestic abuse assault with intent to inflict serious injury.  Hesse was arrested Thursday night and taken to the Winneshiek County Jail.
