Winneshiek County and Fayette County follow with 647 total cases (456 recovered, 9 deaths, 182 active cases in Winneshiek County; 305 recovered, 6 deaths, 336 active cases in Fayette County). Allamakee County reports 533 total cases (295 recovered, 9 deaths, 229 active cases); Chickasaw County reports 500 total cases (397 recovered, 1 death, 102 active cases); Howard County reports 339 total cases (217 recovered, 9 deaths, 113 active cases).

The 14-day average of positive cases shows Clayton County at 26%, Chickasaw County at 20%, Fayette County at 19%, Allamakee County at 18%, Winneshiek County at 13%, and Howard County at 11%.
