Ask The Answer Person: When will the Locust Road/Pine Crest intersection reopen?

(Several readers have e-mailed us with the same basic question: "Is there any update on when the Pine Crest Drive/Locust Road intersection will be back in use for the 'standard' detour?"):

The Answer Person says: "I'm afraid you're going to have to use the longer detours for a while longer.  Decorah City Engineer Jeremy Bril says: 'Weather permitting, we expect the Pine Crest Drive/Locust Road intersection to be open to traffic the week of November 16th.'"
