Postville man arrested on drunk driving charge

The Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office says a Postville man, 54-year-old Jay Espe, was taken into custody over the weekend on a drunk driving charge.  Espe was stopped in Decorah, arrested on a charge of operating while under the influence, and booked into the Winneshiek County Jail.
