The Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office says 27-year-old Iesha Nailing of Decorah was arrested Thursday night and charged with Third Degree Aggravated Misdemeanor Criminal Mischief and with Disorderly Conduct (Fighting or Violent Behavior)
Deputies were called to Country Express Store/Co-op near Burr Oak on a report that two women were fighting in the parking lot of the business. In the course of the fight, the Country Express building was rammed by a vehicle, causing damage to the storage containers containing several LP tanks.
The two women separated, but met up again in the Freeport area and deputies were once again called out because of a second fight.
Nailing was arrested and booked into the Winneshiek County Jail on the two charges. The Decorah Police Department assisted the Sheriff's Office with the case.
