Decorah Public Library renovation is progressing

Renovations continue to the interior of the Decorah Public Library.

Portions of the west side of the main floor and the second floor mezzanine are nearing completion.  Flooring on the east side of the main floor and painting and flooring in the lower level will be next.

The project includes the replacement of failing skylight panels, the installation of new commercial grade flooring and the painting of several interior surfaces.  The projects have required moving library materials, technology, and furniture.
