Ask The Answer Person: "Whose signs are these?"

The Answer Person says: "The signs are in front of a home owned by Todd and Emily Neal. 

The two political signs are similar to one sign put out last August, when Emily Neal was the newest Decorah City Council member.  At that time, city council member Randy Schissel called the previous sign 'divisive.'  Emily Neal said last year's sign was put up by her husband and, while she didn't agree with putting up the sign, she supported her husband's right to do so, saying it was his prerogative.

In an August 2019 Letter to the Editor (http://www.decorahnews.com/archived-stories/2019/08/22959.html), Todd Neal said 'my yard signs do not speak for my daughters or my wife--they speak for me.'
