Lawler man wanted on two charges now faces a third charge in Winneshiek County

Winneshiek County Sheriff's Deputies served two warrants on a Lawler man over the weekend--and in the process filed a third charge.

39-year-old William Hruska Junior was served an arrest warrant for a serious misdemeanor charge of possession of controlled substance (methamphetamine) and a second arrest warrant for a simple misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.  When serving the warrant around 12:30 Friday morning, deputies also allegedly discovered more methamphetamine, so a second charge of serious misdemeanor possession of controlled substance (methamphetamine) was filed.

Hruska is in custody at the Winneshiek County Jail.
