Jesup man ticketed following weekend traffic accident

The Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office says 24-year-old Jase Dorman of Jesup was westbound on Lundy Bridge Road over the weekend and swerved to miss an animal in the road. Dorman lost control and rolled into the ditch. Dorman left the scene. His van suffered $4,500 in damages.

No ambulance transport was needed. Dorman was ticketed for operating with an expired license.
