Wisconsin man faces charges following UTV accident

A Wisconsin man, 52-year-old David Prahl of Manawa, Wisconsin, faces possible charges following a UTV accident earlier this month on Drake Hill Road.

The Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office says Prahl was driving the UTV at a high rate of speed in a pasture when a female passenger fell off the back bed.  She was taken to the hospital by ambulance.  Prahl suffered minor injuries.

The Sheriff's Office says charges are pending.
