Test Iowa will open a clinic in Decorah next Monday. Test Iowa is the program started in April by Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds, who hired a group of private companies to set up the testing, agreeing to pay the firms up to $26 million.
Clinic sites are partnerships between the state and local health care providers. The state provides the supplies and equipment while the local health care workers operate and staff the sites.
In Decorah, Winneshiek Medical Center will operate the testing site at 901 Montgomery Street. It will be open Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. and again from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m.
Anyone in Iowa can get tested at the Decorah location, but they first must fill out an assessment form which can be downloaded at:
