Flu vaccine shots will be available weekdays at the Winneshiek County Public Health parking lot

The Winneshiek County Public Health Department will be offering "drive up and park" flu clinics every weekday in October in the parking lot by the Smith Building at 305 Montgomery Street.  The clinics will occur 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday through the month of October as long as vaccine is available.

Please wear a t-shirt and a mask, have your insurance card ready, and remain in your vehicle. Pull up to the marked areas next to the building.

High dose flu injections for those 65 years of age and older are NOT available at this time, due to shipping issues. There will be an announcement when these injections are available.  Quadrivalent vaccine shots ARE available, as well as flu mist for those from 2-49 years old.

The cost of the flu shot is $35 and the mist is $40.  Some forms of insurance will be accepted.  Call the County Health office at 563-382-4662 to make arrangements for larger groups.
