Sheriff's deputies serve two different arrest warrants

Winneshiek County Sheriff's Deputies have two people into custody in separate cases after the two were served arrest warrants.
Wednesday night, 45-year-old Richard Tessmer was arrested by the Cresco Police Department and taken to the Winneshiek County Jail on a warrant. Tessmer faces a Winneshiek County charge of aggravated misdemeanor tampering with a witness.
Also Wednesday night, 43-year-old Joshua Baumgartner of Postville was arrested by Winneshiek County Sheriff's Deputies on a warrant for Serious Misdemeanor Domestic Abuse. He was taken to the Winneshiek County Jail.
