Community Building at the Fairgrounds will be torn down

One of the landmarks at the Winneshiek County Fairgrounds will be torn down soon.  Winneshiek County Agircultural Association representatives says the Community Building will be torn down at some point.  The building, which has for many years housed 4-H exhibits during the County Fair, has several public safety concerns, so it will be demolished in the near future.
