Minnesota man arrested on multiple charges

The Decorah Police initiated a traffic stop on Sunday that resulted in an arrest.

48-year-old Michael Cull of Hastings, Minnesota was stopped on Highway 52 near College Drive and was arrested for operating while intoxicated, 1st offense, open container, and speeding. Cull was also arrested for a valid warrant out of Des Moines.
