West Union woman arrested on drunk driving charge

Winneshiek County Sheriff's Deputies made a traffic stop at 2:45 Saturday morning in Ossian.

27-year-old Kirsten Richardson of West Union was arrested and booked into the Winneshiek County Jail for operating while under the influence.
