Arlington man transported to Winneshiek County Jail

On Monday, 19-year-old Tyler Tessmer was arrested and transported to the Winneshiek County Jail on an arrest warrant for felony sexual exploitation of a minor and serious misdemeanor dissemination and exhibition of obscene material to minors.
