Primgrar man arrested on OWI charge

A Primgrar, Iowa man was stopped by Winneshiek County Sheriff's Deputies just before 1:00 Saturday morning on Highway 52 in Calmar Township.

18-year-old Slayton Sampson was taken into custody on a charge of Second Offense Operating While under the Influence.

Sampson was arrested on the charge and taken to Decorah, where he was booked into the Winneshiek County Jail.
