Letter to the Editor: Thank you, Decorah City Council, for being proactive

(The following Letter to the Editor has been submitted by Jim Fritz of Decorah):

"I am feeling thankful to the Decorah City Council for being proactive in regards to protecting our community from the spread of Covid-19.

As the cases have spiked, big time, in the past week, their actions were prescient, proportional, and proper. As a member of this community who finds myself in a couple of 'high risk groups,' I appreciate the public safety-related issue that they passed.

For those who oppose, I'm glad you're feeling immune. However, I have no desire to test your potential asymptomatic aerosol on my susceptible immune system. Thank you City Council members!"
