The Answer Person says: "I have a couple of suggestions for you, Dave.  The first is to contact Winneshiek County Landfill, but be sure to call them FIRST to make sure they're accepting it.  Another suggestion would be to ask farmers or contractors who you know if they're looking for fill material.  Good luck!"
