Decorah man taken into custody on OWI charges

It took awhile to get results from the State DCI Lab, but when they came in, a Decorah man has been charged.

22-year-old Jonathan Drow was stopped on Highway 9 this spring. After receiving DCI Lab results, Drow was charged with operating while under the influence (drug impaired), and taken into custody by Sheriff's Deputies on Tuesday afternoon.
