Oelwein woman taken to Winneshiek County Jail for violation of probation terms

Winneshiek County Sheriff's Deputies Tuesday afternoon picked up 25-year-old Kristy Hall of Oelwein from the Buchanan County Jail.  In January, Hall pleaded guilty to a charge of second offense possession of drugs.

A judge recently ruled that Hall had violated the terms of her probation, so deputies presented the warrant for violation of probation and took Hall to the Winneshiek County Jail in Decorah, where she remains in custody, pending a court appearance.
