Julie emails: "Do you still have your listing for what businesses are open in Decorah? Which eating places have 'dine-in' with distancing?"
 
The Answer Person says: "The Decorah Area Chamber of Commerce has a page (https://www.decorahareachamber.com/online-gift-cards) which shows information about hours and restrictions for Decorah businesses—both restaurants and retail businesses. Since the Chamber has this listing, decorahnews.com has dropped its listings.
 
In general, there are just a few restaurants in Decorah with a dine-in option.  Several which had been offering dine-in have dropped that option recently.  Be sure to check the Chamber of Commerce web page—then call the restaurant to make sure what they posted with the Chamber of Commerce is still true on the day you want to visit!"
