Wisconsin man arrested by Sheriff's Deputies on Thursday in Ossian

A Mount Horeb, Wisconsin man was stopped by Sheriff's Deputies in Ossian shortly before noon on Thursday.

49-year-old Scott Pernot was arrested on two charges--operating while under the influence (drug impaired) and possession of a controlled substance.

Pernot was taken into custody and booked into the Winneshiek County Jail on the charges.
