Minnesota man arrested after police respond to a disturbance

Deputies were called to a disturbance in Orleans Township near Kendallville at 8:40 p.m. on Monday. After investigating the situation, 35-year-old Fredrick Robinson of Savage, MN was arrested and booked into the Winneshiek County Jail for no valid drivers license.
