Ridge Road will be actively monitored by Decorah Police during Locust Road construction

The Decorah Police Department has identified Ridge Road and surrounding Locust Road detours as priority enforcement zones throughout the construction season along Locust Road.

Decorah's officers will be actively utilizing radar and visual patrol along detour routes, and will be using a speed trailer to monitor traffic in residential neighborhoods. The Decorah Police Department would like to remind everyone to practice safe driving habits and be mindful of residential neighborhoods.
