Decorah resident faces drug charges

Decorah police officers were called to River Street on Thursday on a report of someone smoking marijuana in their vehicle.

Officers allegedly found 22-year-old John William Jenkins of Decorah in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia on his body and inside the vehicle.

Jenkins has been charged with possession of marijuana and with possession of drug paraphernalia.
