Two people face drug charges following Highway 52 traffic stop

Two people face drug charges following a Thursday afternoon traffic stop by Winneshiek County Sheriff's Deputies on Highway 52 north of Decorah.

The driver of the car, 27-year-old Max Moses of Somerset, Wisconsin, was given a summons to appear in court on charges of serious misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance and simple misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.  A passenger in the car, 27-year-old Jaclyn Gallwas of Dellwood, Minnesota, was given a summons to appear in court on charges of serious misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance and simple misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.
