Woman taken into custody on charge of abandoning a child

Winneshiek County Sheriff's Deputies arrested a Frankville woman Wednesday morning on a warrant for child endangerment.

A judge on Tuesday had issued the warrant on a charge that 28-year-old Lois Kamp abandoned a child on Tuesday, despite knowing that the child could not fend for themselves.
