Letter to the Editor: Wear masks, but invite up to 500 people to an event?

(The following Letter to the Editor has been submitted by Philip Hardy of Decorah):

"I am confused. On one hand the city is asking everyone to wear a face mask but on the other hand they are considering letting a local brewery use a city park for an event that could have 200-500 people. Even with social distancing how safe is this going to be? We are trying to get our children back to school and keep them safe.  Do we really need this?"
