Missing kayaker located Saturday night

On Saturday at 11 p.m., the Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office received a report of a missing 29-year-old female who had been kayaking on the Upper Iowa River near Bluffton and had not returned. The Sheriff's Office requested assistance from the Decorah Volunteer Fire Department to help search the river. Fire and Rescue personnel located the female and reunited her with her family.
