City of Decorah's Yard Waste Site will be closed until Friday, July 24th

The City of Decorah is temporarily closing the Yard Waste Site located on Trout Run Road.  The closure is to allow for the city's contractor to process additional compost and wood chips.  The Yard Waste Site will reopen on Friday, July 24th.

The Yard Waste Site is normally open on Wednesdays from 1:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. and on Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. until noon.  Since this spring, the Yard Waste Site has been operating under extended hours (open seven days a week) and will likely return to these extended hours after the contractor's work is complete.
